Mercarius commits itself in the contract to provide a full range of assistance services to you. Thanks to our own assistance services we are able to help out clients quickly and secure transport instantly with out own trailer.

  • We undertake to provide assistance within four hours upon the call in any location in the country.
  • If necessary, we can provide a replacement car, organisation of further travel, technical assistance and on site repair, all adapted to your individual needs.
  • You do not need to do anything else, but to dial the twenty-four hours hotline telephone number – +36/20-333-7777 – in order to get assistance.
  • Our operator will react to the call without undue waiting time and will organise the service which most suits you, once the individual case and situation has been considered.
  • We keep in contact with our clients by the phone as long as the assistance arrives, provided they urge us to do so.
  • Also, the round-the-clock emergency number does not need to be remembered by our clients. This telephone number is featured on the ignition key of all vehicles within the fleet so that in case of necessity or emergency our clients could get in touch with use without undue delay.

Example:

Our client started off to an important business meeting in Pécs, but the vehicle stopped in the environs of Budapest. The client contacts our assistance centre by telephone. The operator, assessing the situation, can see that the primary goal of the client is to get to the meeting in time. Therefore, a trailer is sent to the site with a replacement car on. The client can continue driving the replacement car, while the faulty vehicle is transported by our personnel to the nearest service centre. The replacement car stays with the client as long as the defect was made good in the vehicle.
